Customer Requests

When you submit a lawn mowing request, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Service address (street address, city, state, ZIP code)
• Property size selection
• Timing preference
• Additional details (optional)
• Submission timestamp

Provider Applications

When you submit a provider application, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business name
• Service ZIP codes
• Equipment owned description
• Experience description
• Submission timestamp

Abuse Prevention

Your IP address (obtained from Cloudflare request headers) is temporarily tracked in hashed form to prevent abuse. The hash is generated using SHA-256 and stored with request counts and time windows for rate limiting purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is used to:

• Review your service request or provider application
• Contact you regarding your submission
• Prevent abuse of our forms

Data Storage

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Rate limiting data (hashed IP addresses and request counts) is stored in the same database.

Third-Party Services

This application is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and uses Cloudflare D1 for data storage. Your information is subject to Cloudflare's infrastructure and security practices.
