Service Description

Outside Helpers operates a request intake and provider application system for lawn mowing services. This website allows you to submit service requests or provider applications for manual review.

No Booking or Service Guarantee

Submitting a request through this website does NOT:

• Create a binding service agreement
• Guarantee service availability in your area
• Constitute acceptance of your request
• Obligate any party to provide or pay for services

All submissions are subject to manual review. Service availability is not guaranteed and depends on provider availability in your area.

No Payment Processing

This website does not collect payment information or process payments. Any pricing or payment arrangements would be discussed separately after review of your submission.

Provider Applications

Submitting a provider application does not guarantee approval or acceptance into any network. Applications are reviewed manually and acceptance is at our sole discretion.

Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, we limit the number of submissions from each IP address:

• Customer requests: 5 per 15 minutes
• Provider applications: 3 per hour
